We listed a home for sale and the owners had already moved out . They had it listed for 6 months with another real estate company that could not sell it A couple of pieces of furniture stayed behind along with the mess that comes from moving. No wonder it didn't sell! We got right to work on staging the house; moving around the furniture to make it more inviting. We also cleaned up what we could including sweeping the house, wiping down the floors, emptying the garbage, hosing down the pool area and raking the yard. We bought some greenery for above the cabinets and candles for the countertops. The place looked stunning by the time we were done.

We then made elegant brochure booklets to put in the house and got ready for the first Open House. After a few weeks of Open Houses and marketing, we finally got a Buyer and negotiated a successful contract.
